Bowmans Auditorium 

Located in the heart of Sandton at 11 Alice Lane, the state-of-the-art auditorium at law firm Bowmans is available for conference and event bookings. The firm also has several meeting rooms that can be booked on an hourly or daily basis. The auditorium has 250 fixed seats and meeting rooms can accommodate from eight to 20 delegates. All of the venues boast modern finishes and are fully equipped to offer a one-stop service. Delegates have access to the wireless network. 

The Bowmans venue is ideal for product launches, training, seminars, conferences and private meetings and any booking guarantees exclusive use of the facilities over the booked period. Package prices include an IT technician who is on standby during a conference or event. There is ample safe and free parking available for delegates.

Mintek 

Geared specifically for the technical industry that it operates in, Mintek has a recently renovated 400-seat auditorium that can be booked for conferences and events. The state-of-the-art facility has theatre-style seating with foldable writing tables. In addition to the auditorium, there are several smaller conference rooms that can be booked, and the 279 square metre foyer is available for exhibitions. In the past Mintek has catered for everything from 2-hour meetings to week long conferences.  

Centrally located in Randburg, the venue has full-time security and secure on-site parking. Mintek is situated just two kilometers from Brightwater Commons, which makes it easy for delegates to utilise the accommodation and entertainment available nearby.

Wanderers Club 

Established in 1888, the Wanderers Club is a well-known Johannesburg sporting and banqueting venue. The facilities are available beyond its membership for conference and event bookings. The Club has designated conference rooms and facilities include standard AV and video equipment The Boundary Room also has a smart board screen and can accommodate up to 100 delegates. There are conference packages available for small and large groups, as well as the option to tailor one to suit your needs. To date, Wanderers Club has catered for corporate events, conferences, engagement and wedding parties as well as award ceremonies.  

Wanderers Club has 24-hour controlled access and ample safe parking available for conference attendees. Food and drinks are freshly prepared on the premises by dedicated chefs. It is situated on the Gautrain bus route, with easy access to the stations in both Rosebank and Sandton. Protea Hotel Wanderers is 100m from the Club and an ideal accommodation choice for out-of-town delegates.
