Set in tranquil gardens, the FNB Conference Centre creates a relaxed setting for your conference. The conference centre is ideally located on Grayston Drive in Sandown, which allows for easy access to the Sandton Gautrain station and the Sandton business district.
About the venue
The FNB Conference Centre has 120 contemporary en-suite bedrooms, equipped with coffee stations, mini fridge, hair dryer, electronic safe, Wi-Fi and DStv. Hotel services include daily laundry services, ironing rooms and room service for lunch and dinner. Wi-Fi is available throughout the conference centre and secure complimentary parking is provided on the premises.
A complimentary shuttle service to and from the Sandton Gautrain station can be arranged for hotel guests and conference delegates. Airport shuttles can be arranged at a fee.
The FNB Conference Centre has a swimming pool as well as tennis and a volleyball court, which is an ideal location for teambuilding activities. Security is an important consideration at the conference centre, with access control and 24-hour security patrols around the complex.
The 160-seater auditorium has access to an outdoor patio and the gardens. Flexible conference rooms and three executive boardrooms are also available. An additional eight syndicate rooms, which can each seat six people, are ideally suited for interviews and break away sessions.
Facilities at the FNB Conference Centre include portable video conferencing units, which can be used in a number of conference rooms, as well as video conferencing facilities in the Auditorium.
Spacious foyers are also available for networking sessions between meetings or for use as exhibition space, and there is an abundance of outdoor seating in the landscaped gardens. Private work pods that are equipped with power and a USB point are available for convenient and secluded workspace in between meetings.

The FNB Conference Centre has several conference packages on offer in order to meet the varying requirements of their clients. A premium conference package is on offer when booking the Ubukhosi Suite (a 20-seater boardroom) and the Executive Boardroom (a 30-seater boardroom), with lunch served at the venue and personalised butler service.
There is also a Happy Hour special for conference delegates. For one hour after your conference, a 15% discount is offered on all beverages consumed. Alternatively, you can choose five bar snacks from the bar snack menu for your delegates to enjoy whilst networking.
Dining and F&B
The buffet dining room is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The option of ‘menu at venue’ is also offered for conference guests, with a variety of themed menus to choose from.
A popular venue for post-event drinks and snacks or braais and outdoor events is the Liquid Lounge bar situated next to the swimming pool. The coffee shop serves specialty coffees and snacks.
